If you possess any of the following skills, we encourage you to apply:
- Mechanical Expertise: Inspect, repair, and maintain various equipment used in the oil and gas sector, including pumps, compressors, turbines, and more.
- Electrical Proficiency: Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical systems in oil and gas facilities, ensuring smooth operations during turnarounds and shutdowns.
- Instrumentation and Control: Calibrate, configure, and maintain process control systems, contributing to the precision and efficiency of critical operations.
- Pipefitting and Welding: Install, repair, and modify pipelines and process equipment with exceptional attention to quality and safety.
- Rigging and Scaffolding: Safely move heavy equipment and provide secure access for maintenance and inspection tasks.
- Confined Space Entry: Handle tasks in enclosed spaces with safety and compliance as a top priority.
- Safety and Compliance: Demonstrate a strong understanding of industry safety protocols to ensure a secure work environment.
Prerequisites
- Previous shutdown/turnaround experience is an asset.
- Valid Safety Tickets (i.e., H2S Alive, CSTS, Fall Protection, Confined Space, and First Aid with CPR).
- Willingness to enter confined space when needed to be required.
- A previous industrial, vacuum truck and high-pressure experience is an asset.
- Previous labor-intensive experience.
- Willing and able to travel for extended periods and the ability to work outdoors for 10+ hour shifts (including nights).
