We are currently hiring a Field Coordinator to join our industry-leading Temporary Staffing team!

The ideal Candidate is someone who has previous experience working as a dispatcher or has managed crews in field in Oil & Gas. Previous management experience is an asset.

As a Field Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to find the perfect fit for amazing roles. As a proactive, well planned, strategic thinker, you will act as a business partner to all facets of HR and the Company ensuring that things are done right with fun and integrity. In this role, you’ll be working on a schedule and be the first point of contact for emergency and non-emergency calls. Reporting to the Vice president of Operations, you will oversee maintaining call logs, monitoring routes, transferring messages, and directing field staff.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer all incoming calls and document relevant information.
  • Perform full cycle Candidate Vetting including completing resume screening, conducting interviews, and supporting offer negotiations
  • Utilize knowledge of multiple industries and execute innovative recruiting strategies to find quality candidates
  • Uphold the interview process and update records in internal database.
  • Respond to any issues and follow-up by coordinating with the appropriate customer departments or field teams.
  • Maintain the integrity and accuracy of the Dispatch tracking system and keep invoicing and payroll processes moving along seamlessly
  • Respond to customer queries related to Sideworx Connect.
  • Direct crews to the appropriate sites.
  • Prioritize and organize calls according to urgency.
  • Supervise the route and status of field workers to prioritize their daily schedule in conjunction with client field supervision.
  • Maintain and update utilization records and other important documentation.
  • Ensure the Workers have the proper instructions to perform their duties safely.
  • Listen to all Worker & Client concerns and act on them appropriately.
  • Ensure the company meets all customer requirements, and any changes are communicated immediately.
  • Ensure that the Worker has adequate time to perform his duties safely and within the Hours of Work Regulations.
  • Book accommodations when required.
